Mr. Capone has been practicing law in Delaware since 1978, primarily as a trial lawyer handling criminal defense and personal injury cases. Part of his practice also involves labor law, and he serves as the Chief Negotiator for the City of Wilmington in collective bargaining with the City's various unions.

As a criminal defense attorney, Mr. Capone represents clients in cases ranging from the most serious felony cases to misdemeanors. He has defended persons charged with murder, assault, drug charges, rape, arson, theft, domestic violence, white collar crimes and juvenile crimes. He also represents clients charged with motor vehicle violations such as DUI's, reckless driving, and speeding.

In his personal injury cases, Mr. Capone has collected millions of dollars for clients through jury verdicts and settlement of claims. His personal injury clients have included people injured in automobile accidents as well as those injured by other forms of negligent acts. In personal injury cases, Mr. Capone accepts no fee unless he has obtained compensation for you.
