In 2004 Mr. Capone purchased and renovated a building at 1823 West 16th Street in theTrolley Square section of Wilmington and moved his office there. The office is located at the corner of 16th and Lincoln Streets (see map). Because the office is located in a residential neighborhood, there is ample free on street parking available during business hours.
The building is over 100 years old and the renovations were conducted to restore the historic character of the building. The office reflects Mr. Capone's interests in history and travel and was designed to give a sense of a professional office from an earlier era. It incorporates the latest information technology allowing Mr. Capone to provide the most up-to-date services for his clients in a truly distinctive environment.
